Helen Ruffin Reading Bowl

Congratulations to the Luella High School Reading Bowl Team
They placed 2nd in the the GA Metro Area District Level of the Helen Ruffin Reading Bowl.
Great Job!
Don't know what the reading bowl is?
It is a State Wide competition for the Elementry, Middle, and High School grades.
Each level is given a list of books to read and meets within their division to answer questions about the books.
The top two teams for each level goes on to the next competition.
There are four competitions.
The Middle School Level uses the Georgia Children's Books Nominees.
Check out your school library to vote for these books or to see if you have a reading bowl team.
The High School Level uses the Peach Award Nominees.
Check out Hampton Public Library to vote for these books
or
go to your School Library to see if you have a reading bowl team.
